Ginger with Annie and LaurenMeet Annie Shepherd and Lauren Fisher! Both girls recently celebrated their birthdays and, instead of presents, they asked their friends to donate to the new shelter initiavite.

The result? $200 each for our fund. But they didn’t stop there: Annie, 9 and Lauren, 11 each donated $50 of their own money!

The girls didn’t forget our furry friends at the current shelter on Reach Street either. They took over a generous donation of food.

Here they are with our Vice President, Ginger Jackson, presenting their donations.

Congratulations Annie and Lauren and thank you for helping the animals in our community!!!
